Daisy's Studio Sunday's: Week 3

I have received a promotion.

My human calls it "Daisy's Station." It has my portrait, my own little run, and two bowls. I assume the second bowl is for snacks, though management has yet to confirm this.

The portrait is a nice touch. Now everyone who walks in knows whose studio this really is.

I've also noticed some creepy dolls appearing around here for October. I'm keeping an eye on them from my station. If one moves, I'll be under the table immediately so I can assess the situation from a safe distance.

Daisy’s Studio Sundays

Mom is always telling people they don’t need any experience to come create at Lori’s Creative Gatherings.

I can confirm this. I have no art training whatsoever, and I hold a senior position here.

My responsibilities include supervising from under the desk, inspecting snack situations, and hiding when the little boy next door comes in yelling, “Daisy! Daisy!”

He seems very excited to see me. I prefer to admire his enthusiasm from a safe distance.

Anyway, Mom says you should make time to do something creative this week. I say you should also have a snack and a nap.

We both give excellent advice.

Sometimes you just need something on the calendar that’s for YOU.

That’s what Apron Club at Lori’s Creative Gatherings is all about! We get together each month to make something, try different projects, and enjoy some creative company.

Our first Creepy Doll Bar was so much fun that I had to send Dave out to find MORE dolls!

That’s the idea behind the Bar of the Month Club at Lori’s Creative Gatherings: a different creative activity to look forward to each month.

Next up: Christmas Cards in November and Ball Ornaments in December!

The founding annual membership is $100, with each monthly core bar just $10 for members. Want to try a bar before joining? Nonmembers can participate for $15.
