We were invited to play at the Block Party TODAY at 5:30pm in front of the school. If you are available, please meet in the Band Room at 4:30 to get ready and do a quick warm up. I hope to see everyone there!!

Vandercook Lake Block Party!

A message for all members of the High School Band:

We have been invited to play at the Block Party this Tuesday, August 25th at 5:30pm. Anyone in the High School Band who is able to make it, please come to the band room at 4:30 for a quick rehearsal prior to this performance. We will be playing right in front of the High School, the whole performance should last no more than 10 minutes.

Vandercook Lake Music Boosters Bingo!!

It’s almost time for the school year to kick off! Bingo nights are typically the last Wednesday of every month from 6-8pm. However, since the start of the school year is eventful enough for all parents, students, and teachers, we’ve decided not to host a Bingo night for this month. There will NOT be Bingo night for August.

There also will NOT be a Bingo night for the month of September either, due to Wednesday, September 30th being the date of the Jackson County Marching Band Invitational (another post will be made about this at a later date).

With that being said, we are happy to announce that the first Bingo Night for the 2026-2027 school year will be taking place on Wednesday, October 28th from 6-8pm!! Another post will be made with more details.

We hope to see you there! Feel free to leave a comment with any questions!

Hello Band Families!!

I had a great time meeting some of you at the first day of Band Camp today! Since the message didn’t reach everybody, we’re posting it everywhere we can.

It’s Band Camp Week!! Band Camp will be for all students in grades 9-12 for the 26-27 school year, and will be from 9am-3pm from Tuesday-Friday. Breakfast will be served for anyone interested at 8:45, and lunch will also be provided at 11.

I hope to see more of you tomorrow, and I look forward to meeting everyone!
