⚾️ TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME! ⚾️
The trip is OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED, but we still need you to fill the bus! We are heading to American Family Field to watch our Milwaukee Brewers take on the New York Mets, and we want you there with us!

🚧 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Outdoor Pickleball & Tennis Court Closure 🚧
Please be advised that the outdoor pickleball and tennis courts will be CLOSED for essential resurfacing and maintenance starting this Friday, June 12th. They are scheduled to reopen on Thursday, June 25th.

For your safety and to ensure the court surface cures properly, please DO NOT ENTER the fenced area. Keeping out of the construction zone completely during this time guarantees the work can be completed on schedule.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we get these outdoor courts refreshed and ready for summer play!

🗓 Monday Checklist: Plan an Unforgettable Summer Adventure! 🌲✨

Happy Monday, Jackson! As you're setting up your calendar for the summer, make sure to save a spot for an incredible family experience. Registration is open for our brand-new Intro to Camping program!

If you've always wanted to take the kids camping but didn't know where to start or didn't want to invest in expensive equipment, this program was built just for you. Led by our Recreation Supervisor, Jacob Caltagerone, we take all the stress out of the woods.

How it works:

📍 Phase I (Backyard Basics): We start with a Saturday morning workshop right here at Hickory Lane Park to learn the absolute essentials.

🏕 Phase II (The Guided Overnight): Then, we head out together for a fully supported overnight stay at a group campsite in the beautiful Kettle Moraine State Forest–Northern Unit!

🚫 No Gear? No Problem!
A single registration fee covers up to 4 family members and includes shared equipment use. Plus, for just an extra $25, you can secure a Gear Add-on which guarantees your family a dedicated tent and sleeping pad kit (limited availability)!

👥 Quick Details:

Who: Families with children ages 8 and up (Adults and youth learn skills together!)

Dates: Session 1 begins July 11th | Session 2 begins August 8th

Fee: $60 Resident / $75 Non-Resident (Covers up to 4 people)

Capacity: Limited to just 8 families per session to ensure a great learning environment!

Spark your child's creativity and get them moving in our Movers and Makers Studio! This dual-focus class combines high-energy dance routines with imaginative, hands-on craft projects. Participants will build coordination, self-confidence, and artistic skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Each studio date will be centered around a different theme and catered to different age groups. We will spend 45 mins creating a wearable craft that fits with the theme. We will then spend 45 mins learning a choreographed dance to dance together by the end of the class! Stay tuned for more upcoming dates with different themes and for various ages!
