HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TO MS. WILLIE!! 🎉💗

We feel incredibly blessed to have Ms. Willie at the Chamber as our Welcome Center Director. She has a unique gift for making everyone she meets feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. In her own words, "I just talk to everyone like they're my best friend." And we definitely all feel like she is our best friend and second mother wrapped up in one.

She knows just about everyone and everything in this town, and hearing her stories and the wisdom she has to share is such an extraordinary gift to all of us.

We are so thankful for Ms. Willie and all that she brings to our Chamber and our community.

Registration is open for our Third Annual Festival of Trees, and the first trees are already on the list. 🎄

Here is how it works. When you sponsor a tree, you decorate and display your very own tree inside the Historic Courthouse in Downtown Jackson. It is your tree, your style, your name on it, glowing for the whole community to see from the Friday after Thanksgiving into early January.

Every sponsor gets a personalized plaque on their tree, a shout-out on our marketing and social media all season, and an invitation to our private opening night before we open the doors to the public.

Chamber members, there is no fee and you get priority placement. Not a Chamber member? You are just as welcome. It is $75 once we save your spot. Everyone is welcome here. Last year the courthouse filled with more than 60 trees, and this year we would love to grow it even bigger.

A couple of dates to mark: registration closes in early November, and opening night is November 27 with our Bright Friday courthouse lighting ceremony.
