Off Square Theatre Company Off Square Theatre Company was founded in 1998, and our theatre's productions and classes engage a broad and diverse spectrum of the community and the region.

Off Square Theatre Company is dedicated to excellence in theatre through performances by theatre professionals and Jackson Hole community members, artistic exchanges for local and nationally known theatre artists, and educational programming for all ages. Each season, Off Square produces and presents a diverse selection of plays, a youth musical, a staged reading series and more. Our education pro

gram, which gives children and adults a chance to hone skills and learn more about the theatre right here in Jackson, includes acting and singing classes, stage combat classes, theatre camps, directing workshop and Master Classes with world-class teachers. Off Square provides school-time performances for local schools at the theatre, and collaborates with many other community organizations, such as the Teton County Library, TCSD, C-V Ranch, and other community organizations.

Meet the director of our upcoming Thin Air Shakespeare production of π‘Ίπ’π’Žπ’†π’•π’‰π’Šπ’π’ˆ 𝑹𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏!🌟

Kate Gleason is an Actor, Director and Teaching Artist. She began her career in Chicago devising original experimental theatre with the award winning Cook County Theatre Department (later becoming New York City Players). As an Actor she has appeared On Broadway, Off-Broadway, Regionally and Internationally. Directing credits include Off-Square Theatre Company (By the Waters of Babylon, Sweeney Todd), Benchmark Theatre (Bull in a China Shop), Miners Alley Playhouse (Biloxi Blues, Broadway Bound), The Arvada Center (The Laramie Project), Aurora Fox Theatre (Art), Thunder River Theatre Company (POTUS), and Denver Center for the Performing Arts Education Department’s Master Class productions.

Now in its fourteenth summer, Thin Air Shakespeare is a family-friendly theatrical experience. Every year, Off Square Theatre helps to produce a classic Shakespeare production for the community.
