Tested negative for the COVID yesterday.

I don’t want that again!

I tested positive for coronavirus six days ago. My Doctors say to isolate for ten days. I got it from somebody who didn’t tell anyone they had it. Which is wickedly dangerous for people with health issues like myself. I am not taking any chances with being sicker or spreading it. Three days were very hard the rest were like a bad flu. I am glad that I was not around my brother and other friends with their health problems and who could have gotten it from me.

I will get tested again Friday other than that isolation is it.

We are in a constant cycle of change. As ideas and plans morph our direction changes. We need healing from this negativity that is binding our societies. I am preparing for this guy to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. He is slowly winding down.
Keep him in your thoughts so he doesn’t suffer any more. He gave up his life to be with me while I was going through the hardest time of my life. He has never left my side.
