🚗💨 Off to a convention!

I’m hitting the road today and spending the next few days surrounded by tattoos, artists, cool people, and probably way too much caffeine. 😅

I’ll still be checking messages when I can, but responses may be a little slower than usual while I’m away. If you’ve sent a booking request, inquiry, or message, hang tight.. I promise I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!❤️

Dear Artists and Vendors,

We are excited to welcome you to the 4th Annual Kings & Queens of Ink Tattoo Expo! Please review the following important information regarding load-in, show hours, parking, and event procedures.

VENUE LOCATION

Mississippi Trade Mart
1200 Mississippi Street
Jackson, MS 39202

LOAD-IN SCHEDULE

Thursday, June 18
• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday, June 19
• 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Important: Please ensure all booths are completely set up and ready for business by 2:00 PM on Friday.

SHOW HOURS

Friday, June 19
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday, June 20
• 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Sunday, June 21
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

LOAD-OUT SCHEDULE

Sunday, June 21
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

BOOTH INFORMATION

• You will receive your booth number at check-in.
• Each booth will receive one (1) Helper Pass.
• Helper passes are intended for booth assistants only and may not be used for clients, friends, or guests.

TEMPORARY LICENSE INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS

If you have not yet submitted your Temporary Tattoo License application, you may do so during the Mississippi State Department of Health inspection on Friday morning.

Temporary License Fees:
• Out-of-State Artists: $130
• Mississippi Artists: $80

Important: Payment must be made by money order or check only. The Mississippi State Department of Health will not accept cash, credit cards, or debit cards.

Please bring the required payment and documentation to help expedite the inspection process.

PARKING & BUILDING ACCESS

• Artist and vendor parking will be located in the South Parking Lot.
• All load-in and load-out activities must take place at the rear of the building.
• The public and exhibitor entrance during show hours will be the South-Side Entrance.
• No entry will be permitted through the rear of the building during show hours.

IMPORTANT FAIRGROUNDS NOTICE

Another event will take place on the Mississippi Fairgrounds property during the same weekend. To help with traffic flow, there will be signs posted throughout the grounds directing artists, vendors, and attendees to the Kings & Queens of Ink Tattoo Expo. Please follow all posted signage and instructions from event staff upon arrival.
