I’m happy to announce my new painting “Expressions of Fall”. This painting is one of my favorite prices I painted in 2024. It was fun playing with the reflections and movement in the water and developing the fall colors, one of my favorite color combinations. I truly could not be happier with the way this painting turned out!

Awaiting first light, Canyonlands

I visited Canyonlands National Park this last December and was blown away. I went on a solo trip for 5 days with the intention to get inspired and capture some landscape photos for paint references.

I was inspired by one morning I got up super early and went to the Green River Overlook to photograph the light entering the Canyon. The moon was setting over the canyon as the sun was coming up. The sky was this burning salmon color. It was so beautiful I know I had to capture it on canvas.
