Have you ever stopped to think about the threads which make up the fabric of everyday life? How sometimes they feel so perfectly knit together, while at other times they feel more like a tangled web of knots? Every fiber has a source, but what keeps them from completely unraveling? Woven together, these loose ends create a new story.

Join our RagTag group of thread-barren, yarn-spinning characters around the fire as they explore a new patchwork world. You'll be entwined with our group of mismatched artists as they stitch together a tapestry of talents: from high-flying, knot-tying, gravity defying aerialists, to loopy jugglers, to musicians that pull your heart strings, and comedy that leaves you in stitches. Join us as we gather stories that never got to be told. Can we find a common thread? Come witness how six separate threads are inevitably intertwined.

Happy Earth Day everyone! 🌎 Want a good way to celebrate? Come to our show on Saturday April 28th at 7 pm down at Circus Culture! Our theme is Planet Earth and we have A LOT of amazing performances lined up that include acro, tumbling, juggling, poi, and more! Admission is free, though donations are always accepted and appreciated; there are also concessions available purchase! Hope to see you there!

It’s ! 🎪🤹🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️ “Held on the third Saturday each April, World Circus Day is a special day to celebrate Circus Arts and Culture.

This is the biggest common international feast of the circus communities around the Globe. It’s a special opportunity to celebrate together, to get more supporters and fans of the art of happiness. Our possibilities are borderless!”

The Ithaca College Circus Club was founded in 2004. It is a club dedicated to providing the Ithaca College community with a creative, safe and relaxed atmosphere to explore and express themselves through the circus arts. Open to all members of the Ithaca College community, no tryouts are held, which espouses the club belief that all are welcome to come teach, learn, practice, and perform the various skills associated with the circus arts in a comfortable and constructive environment. We strive to raise public awareness about the many benefits of the circus arts through performances and the teaching of circus skills to other organizations and the community. No previous experience is necessary! Only a desire to learn, support or teach the circus arts.

We are also extremely lucky to be partnered with Circus Culture downtown, where the founder of our club and many of our alumni work! Happy World Circus Day!! What did you do to circus today? .

At R.I.T. this weekend, the balls are flying, and so are the clubs, and the yo-yo's at the school's annual "juggle in." Hundreds of jugglers came together at the auxiliary gym to show off their stuff and hold free juggling workshops.
