Established in 2008, the Ithaca League of Women Rollers (ILWR) are a full-contact, women's flat track roller derby league. ILWR is a fully skater-owned and operated non-profit with a mission to provide amateur athletic entertainment to the Finger Lakes Region in upstate New York. ller derby. The SufferJets were the first home team created by ILWR, in 2010 the second team called the BlueStockings were introduced.

We had a great time at our double header last weekend! Shout out the juniors who played SO WELL and showed amazing dedication to sportsmanship and derby! A big thank you to everyone who came out to watch and support us, the volunteers who made it possible, our AMAZING officials, and our volunteer EMTs. (We literally could not do it without you all!) The bout will be held at Cass Park Rink. To keep our skaters and community safe we ask people to use their best judgement, and suggest folks wear masks if unvaccinated and not attend if they have any symptoms of Covid-19.
