Cook-Off July 25th
July 25th $20 a meat entry or $50 for all 3 meats. Porkbutt, St. Lewis style pork ribs, and half chickens. 1st place winners per category, meat check upon arrival. turn in times chicken at 3pm, ribs at 4 pm, and porkbutt 5 pm. Campers are welcome (will need to bring your own generator) this is not a sanction cook off. To be a judge is free, judges are needed and welcome.
