Creative placemaking is happening now, and you can be part of the transformation of space into place!

We are super proud and excited to be partnering with the Urban Artworks, and City of Issaquah to bring a brand new flight themed mural to downtown Issaquah!

Designed by Mary Erlicher in collaboration with Gibson Ek high school students, this mural will stand as a lasting memory of the community collaboration that came together and support of aircraft! Come be a of the fun!!

Create a community dance with Kinesis Project featuring their iconic 110-foot orange dress, and perform on Front Street as part of Al Fresco!! No experience needed!

Take the morning to move, dance and create a live experience with Kinesis Project dance theatre—one of our favorite large-scale outdoor dance companies!

You will be guided by Melissa Riker, Artistic Director, and the company dancers to create a group movement piece centered around the company’s signature orange 110ft dress!

Participants will create movement from prompts, share with one another, and invent a unique dance crafted by the community for the community!

This is a stellar opportunity to be creative, have fun, and make a big splash in the festival! No dance experience necessary - bring your bravery and whatever you need to get moving. All are welcome!
