Seeking Skilled Mechanic & Handyperson — Flexible Side Work

I'm looking for one or two reliable, skilled people for ongoing work at my homestead property. Could be the same person if you wear multiple hats!

🔧Mechanic needed:
Diagnose and repair electrical issues on a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. The truck isn't running, so you'll need to come to me — no shop drop-off is possible. I'm located 8 miles west of Hwy 57 near Dickensheet.

🔨Handyperson needed:
Odd jobs to get a log home ready for the real estate market. Work includes minor household repairs and maintenance, washing log walls with high ceilings, and general property prep. Some tasks require comfort working at height.

👀What I'm looking for:
Someone who knows their stuff, shows up when they say they will, has a good work ethic and communicates clearly. I've had trouble with that in the past and it matters as much to me as the skill level.

💵On pay:
I'm a senior on a fixed income, so I can't pay contractor or shop rates - those reflect overhead I'm not asking you to carry. But I will pay fairly and promptly for quality work. If you take pride in what you do and want to be compensated honestly for it, let's talk.
