Adults and infants under one year are FREE.

Attention Parents
Please be sure to bring extra shoes for you and your kids.
No outside shoes or boots in gym area for both kids and adults.

NEW! Kids Ninja classes are starting in January!!

Sign up TODAY!!

Ninja/Gymnastics class 2 to 5 years old.
Our 2- to 5-year-old class focuses on balance, agility, obstacles, stretching out, short workout, and fun obstacle courses. This class is all about fun and keeping moving.
Classes will be 45 minutes with 15 minutes free play after class.

Ninja/Fitness class 5 to 12 years old.
This class combines exciting obstacle challenges, stretching out, short workouts, kid’s games, rock wall and time for open play after the class ends.
Lesson covers:
Muscular strength/endurance, flexibility, aerobic fitness, ninja fitness, fitness games and dodgeball.

Kids get a great workout while having a ton of fun!!
Get out, get moving, and get fit!!
