✨ Gig on Main: What you didn’t see from the crowd ✨

You sang along. You grabbed a drink. You walked Main Street shoulder to shoulder with thousands. But here’s the part only the people behind the curtain know:

👉 Before the first guitar chord, Kenny Ross Auto had already stepped up as Presenting Sponsor. Without that early commitment, Gig on Main wouldn’t even happen at this scale.

👉 Ruby Sponsors — Painter Property Development , TribLive , Credible Pool & Spa , Live Casino Pittsburgh , and Club' Pure Imagination weren’t just names on a banner. They invested real dollars and energy to make sure Irwin could host something this big.

👉 Ron Palarino of Club Pure Imagination went beyond sponsorship. He was in planning meetings from the start, then on event day worked from morning until long past midnight setting up, tearing down, and, solving problems, and making sure the night could even take shape.

👉 In the beer garden, Painter’s Pints, Quinn Brewing Company , and New Crescent Brewing Co. kept the taps flowing. But the unsung heroes? Korner Tavern they donated every cup, worked the beer garden all night, and checked IDs (with help!) so the crowd could keep raising glasses together.

👉 Calvary Church gave us parking right where we needed it most.

👉 First Student kept the shuttle buses running so thousands could move in and out of downtown without clogging Main Street.

They made Gig on Main possible. 💛

✨ Gig on Main ✨

Every great night has a soundtrack and a flavor and Gig on Main had both in spades.

It began with 🇺🇸 Parry Adams, whose National Anthem hushed the crowd and gave us chills. Then the music rolled: Lincoln Highway eased us in, Twisted Fate Rocks cranked the energy, and The Clarks thousands together under the lights of Main Street even a rain delay couldn’t dampen the voices singing along.

And while the music filled the street, the food kept everyone going. From BBQ smoke curling up from East Street BBQ Company , High On The Hog PA, and Bull River to comfort favorites from EB Wingz , Little E Pizza, King’s Food Truck, Manor Grille, McFeely's Arctic Ice, Underdogz , and Hermes Food, to global bites at Hoshi Pgh, Ash Kris, The Rice Joint , and Mr. Bulgogi, and sweet finishes from Mutiny Donuts, Cindy’s munchies , and Burning Oaks Coffee Company every vendor helped turn a concert into an experience.

Behind the curtain, Dave, BurgherBurger15642, and dO wood fired made sure The Clarks and their crew were taken care of, generously providing meals so the talent that carried the night never missed a beat.

This is what makes Irwin special: the way music, food, and community come together to turn one night into a memory. 💛

✨ The part of Gig on Main you didn’t see… ✨

We’ll be sharing a few behind-the-scenes thank-yous this week, because one post could never cover all the people who made this event possible. Here’s the first look:

You saw the music, the food, the packed streets.
Here’s what it really takes to pull off a night like that in Irwin:

👉 Months of planning, sponsors, and volunteers.
👉 A Presenting Sponsor like Kenny Ross Auto , stepping up in a big way to make this event possible.
👉 Volunteers walking thousands of steps from sunrise until late into the night hanging “No Parking” signs, parking food trucks, and saying yes a hundred times when asked for help.
👉 The Irwin Borough staff not only handling permits and planning, but hauling sandbags, setting tables, and taking out trash. They do it all, morning to night.
👉 The Irwin Police, EMTs, and Fire crews — fully staffed and working all night to keep everyone safe.
👉 Public Works — setting up barriers, tearing them down, and keeping the streets spotless.
👉 The Masons of Shidle Lodge No. 601 always where needed: traffic, parking, food trucks, you name it.
👉 Neighbors and business owners who went above and beyond:

Cara Zanella Norwin Art League , helping during the day to keep food trucks and traffic flowing.

Luis Guerrieri Manor Grille , Marion McFeely Mcfeely's Gourmet Chocolate, LLC , and Cam (Completely Booked) after their own long workdays, they still came back at night to roll up their sleeves and help with clean-up. That’s true Irwin community spirit.
👉 Community leaders like Denise from Junque Genius Studio & Marketplace helping plan from the start, arriving first thing, mapping food trucks, parking them the day of, and staying until the last truck pulled out.

And most of all it takes you. Showing up. Supporting local. Singing along. Proving once again that Irwin can pull together and make magic on Main Street. 💛
