Interested in joining us as a vendor at Texas Frightmare Weekend 2027? Here are the dates you need to know:

📅 SEPTEMBER 4, 2026
Vendor applications OPEN.

📅 SEPTEMBER 21, 2026 — DEADLINE
Vendor applications CLOSE. All applications must be received by midnight on September 21 to be considered.

📅 SEPTEMBER 28, 2026
All applicants will be notified of their selection or denial by or on this date.

🏨 SEPTEMBER 28 – OCTOBER 9, 2026 — VENDOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Hotel reservations will open exclusively for approved vendors. All reservations must be made by midnight Central Time on October 9.

💀 OCTOBER 9, 2026 — PAYMENT DEADLINE
Payment for vendor space is due. All payments must be received by midnight Central Time on October 9.

VENDOR SPACE PRICING:
🔪 8' x 8' Space — $725 each
🔪 10' x 10' Space — $925 each

Complete details, requirements and policies will be available in the application when it opens.
