Anders wrote and starred in her short film, and it is directed by Top Tarasin. Your Reality seeks to highlight the impact of gaslighting and has recently surpassed over six million views on YouTube. The film, which has received 17,000 comments from people sharing their own experiences with gaslighting, follows a successful PR manager who slowly loses her grip on reality after falling in love with a charming yet manipulative photographer.

Hi, my name is Alec Kapadia. I'm a 4th year at UCI studying Psychological Sciences!

I joined Outside the Box because I align with their message and the care initiative. I myself have dealt with mental health issues. As someone who has experienced and witnessed what can happen when you neglect your mental health, I want to spread awareness and come up with better solutions and ways to cope. I believe no one should struggle alone.
