Sometimes the best therapy begins with a blank canvas, a few brushes…and absolutely no plan. 🎨❤️

This was a snowy day on Pine Mountain, Kentucky. Terry was working, the snow was falling, and I had gathered all my goodies around the table.

I didn’t necessarily know what I was going to create…I just knew I was ready to play.

Maybe that’s a good reminder for today—
we don’t always have to know where we’re going.
Sometimes we just need to begin. 💕

On this Sunday morning, I’m reminded that sometimes the simplest things can bring us back to peace.

Step outside.
Place your feet on the earth.
Breathe slowly.
Feel the morning sun and become still.

For a few quiet moments, there is nothing to solve and nowhere else to be. Just stand in the beauty God has placed around you…and be present. 💚
