Concepts & Associates Named to PPAI's 2026 Greatest Companies To Work For List
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — August 27, 2026 — Concepts & Associates, Inc., a Birmingham-based promotional products and corporate gifts firm, today announced it has been recognized on Promotional Products Association International's (PPAI) 2026 Greatest Companies To Work For list. The annual program honors employers across the promotional products industry that have built strong workplace cultures and high levels of employee satisfaction.
Companies earn a spot on the list through a rigorous, employee-driven process. Honorees must be current PPAI members, receive an employee nomination, and achieve strong participation in a confidential employee survey that measures culture, engagement and satisfaction across the organization. Winners are recognized across four size categories, ranging from micro businesses to large companies, ensuring the list reflects excellence at every scale.
