Iraan TX, what an absolute joy it was to get to bring this mural to life on the stadium entrance. My largest and most detailed solo mural to date, and it couldn’t have been in a better place.

19 days of painting, problem solving, trial and error, and somehow in the end it all came together in a way I never could’ve imagined.

It is always hard to leave a mural behind, especially when the staff, students, and community were so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible and for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime. I’m incredibly grateful for this gift I’ve been given, and even more grateful that I get to use it to create things that bring others joy.🎨🪶

A couple of months ago, after finishing our murals in Snyder, our mural team got a call about a really cool opportunity to do some portraits for the new gym at Ways2Well in Austin. Within a week and a half, we completed our most detailed and most challenging mural to date, in such a short amount of time. It was truly the most testing project I’ve ever been a part of, but I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside such an uplifting, talented and hardworking team. We’ve only done a handful of projects together, and each one we learn more about how to layer our work and push ourselves to complete things that feel impossible at first glance. When you go beyond your comfort zone, that is when growth happens, and it’s been so cool to witness how far we’ve come.🤍
