It is with deep sadness that because of family illness we have to announce the permanent closing of Spruce Ridge Christmas Lights. Sixteen years ago we started with images of dancing Christmas lights we saw on a Youtube video and said to ourselves “we should do that in our front yards!” and the rest is history! In 2014 we moved our personal display closer to the road and invited people to come and enjoy our light display with us.

Over the next 10 years hundreds (dare I say thousands?) of people parked in front of our house to enjoy our dancing Christmas lights. The sight of people sitting, enjoying the lights and the sound of young people giggling, singing and laughing to the music and lights has filled our hearts with joy over the years. Also the many kind comments over the years has warmed our souls. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy our show over the years. You have brought us untold joys and for that we will be eternally grateful!

In closing, I would like to point you to some friends, the Wolfs, a family who has a deep passion for dancing lights! Happy Christmas Eve to all! We cant believe it’s already here! If you come out to see the show tonight, make sure you look up at the second floor house window. We have a special visitor coming to spread Christmas Cheer to all!!!!

Below are the hours for the last 2 nights of our 2024 show:

Tuesday 12-24-24: 5:30-10pm
Wednesday 12-25-24: 5:30-10pm

Reminder:
While you are viewing the show please DO NOT park in our driveway or block the entrance to our driveway!!!
Please park on Napoleon Street to view the show.
There have been several people who have chosen to park in our driveway to view the show, please do not. When you park there you are blocking the view for anyone who is or would like to view the show from the road. The props are placed where they are so the best viewing is from Napoleon Street. Also we would like to be able to come and go from our home as needed.

Because of the amount of people coming to see the show the last few nights, we have decided to lengthen the schedule for the last 3 nights (December 23,24,25) by one hour and run it until 10pm.

Monday 12-23-24: 5:30-10pm
Tuesday 12-24-24: 5:30-10pm
Wednesday 12-25-24: 5:30-10pm

Sunday 12-15-24: We have decided to CANCEL tonight’s light show because of the extremely dense fog making driving dangerous and the light show hard to see!
Please be safe out there and stay home if you can!

LIGHT SHOW CANCELED FOR THIS EVENING 12-14-24!!!

For everyone’s safety we have decided to CANCEL our light show this evening (Saturday 12-14-24) due to extreme icing on the road in front of our house.
Be careful out there if you choose to travel or even walk outside, it is still extremely treacherous in places, especially on side roads and streets.

Most of our props survived the 70+ mph wind gust last night with minimal damage so that’s good! All of the lights are tested and seem to be working so we will be up and running at our normal times tonight 12-5-24!
Tonight we switch up our sequence selection for the next week.

We are going to CANCEL THE LIGHT SHOW for tonight
Wednesday December 4th, due to the extreme winds moving through the area.
We are planning to run the show again starting tomorrow night but be sure to check here before you head out!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
Tonight (11-28-24) we will be starting our light show for the 2024 holiday season!
We will run the show from 5:30-9pm tonight and run our regular schedule the rest of the holiday season!
Sunday-Thursday: 5:30-9pm
Friday-Saturday: 5:30-10pm

The 2024 holiday season is upon us! We are currently doing some last minute adjustments, repairs and enhancements to the show.

We will be ready to start our first show at 5:30-9pm Thursday evening November 28th (Tomorrow night!!!) Our intention is to run the show nightly, with our last show on Christmas evening December 25th.

Please check this page before you head out to view the show as we will be announcing any delays or issues we may encounter with the show. As in past years, please let us know, via messenger, if you see any problems with the show such as sound or lighting issues.
