I had the pleasure of spending many hours staring into this adorable face over the last week. Sadly, he crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this month and is deeply missed. It’s always such an honor to play a part in preserving the memory of a loyal friend and help ease the sharp pain of grief. 💜

I was recently asked by a client to paint these adorable equine memorial portraits and I love how they turned out-I just had to add them to my page! They are a simpler, more affordable option for those of you wanting to incorporate your horse’s tail into a memorial painting. Since I don’t need to use all your horse’s tail, these can also be made from a small clipping of your current equine friend’s hair. These three are 9x12” acrylic paintings in open real wood frames. I am happy to discuss other sizing!

What's your why?
For me, it's a deep-rooted passion for animals and the people that love them. Truly, that is what has been the driving force in my life since I was a child sketching up my family pets.
Nothing is more important to me than capturing the memory of your best friend, allowing them to live on through my art.
I know the endless joy and comfort they bring to our lives and the tremendous void they leave when they pass. There is no greater honor than being trusted to commemorate the life of your loved one.

Hey, Everyone! I know I’ve been MIA for a while. Life has taken so many twists and turns and I’ve found myself back at the drawing board (literally and figuratively). After lots of ups and downs, I’ve been lead back to my art business, this time for good! My books are open again and I am currently booking for September.
