Glass Art Element “2D-3D fusion work is about pushing the laws, physics and boundaries of the visual world." As a child, she vividly remembers growing up in a creative household.

Introducing the Artist:

Leah Mayer is from small town Indianola, Iowa. In High School she discovered the arts as a way of life and soon decided to pursue a career. Mayer received her Bachelor of Fine Arts, emphasis in studio ceramics, from University of Northern Iowa in 2007. Mayer Studios opened shortly after in the spring of 2008. The studio produces a number of 2D-3D fusion artworks, as well a

s realistic paintings, and whimsical illustrations. Mayer is constantly on a mission to purse the best possible medium to portray her concepts. Mayer Studios is a commission art studio. All commission pieces are produced with excellence to ensure a higher quality guaranteed. Orders can be placed via email or phone (a deposit is required for large scale pieces). One of Mayer’s passions is to teach, she offers individual lessons (email [email protected]). She also teaches group painting parties located at Art Bash (booked at www.artbash.com).
