Do you really know what’s in your skincare? Better yet… do you know where it came from? 🌿

I do.

I grow and harvest many of the botanicals used in Hearth & Honeysuckle right here in my own mountain garden.

I know the soil they grew in.
I know what they were fed.
I know how they were cared for.
I know the mountain sunshine that warmed them.
I know when they were harvested.

And then I take those plants inside and make your skincare with my own two hands.

There’s something powerful about knowing the story of what you put on your skin.

Whether a product is plant-based, tallow-based, or something else entirely, ask questions: Where did the raw ingredients come from? How were they grown or raised? How were they processed? Who actually made the finished product?

“Natural” doesn’t automatically tell you any of that.

At H & H, I want you to know.

🌿 Mountain grown.
🌿 Garden harvested.
🌿 Small batch.
🌿 Made by my hands.
🌿 From my garden to your skin.

This is Garden to Glow. This is Hearth & Honeysuckle.

🌙 HARVEST MOON HAS ARRIVED. 🌙

Crackling paper. Warm apple c***r. Dried flowers and herbs. Golden calendula. Pumpkin spice. Candlelight. That earthy, just-harvested smell of the garden as summer slips quietly into fall.

This month’s Mountain Ritual Box was basically September in the mountains, packed by hand. 🍂

Handmade paper + a botanical note card.
Apple C***r Bath Soak.
Harvest Moon botanical sachet.
Harvest Gold calendula soap.
Wild Harvest Pumpkin Facial Polish.
A warm, glowing Moon Candle.

Every piece made slowly, intentionally, and in small batches—some of it grown, harvested, dried, infused, poured, blended or made by my own two hands.

And the Harvest Moon boxes have officially been delivered. 🌙✨

This is what I wanted the Mountain Ritual to be: not just a subscription box, but a little piece of the season. Something you can smell, touch, soak in, light, use and experience.

One of a kind. Handmade. Seasonal. Limited.

Registration for the next round of Mountain Ritual will open in a few months, and spots will be limited.

If you want to experience the next season with me… keep watching. 🌿

Works like magic.

Flowers for your face. Flowers for your body.
Homegrown botanicals transformed into plant-powered skincare, made in small batches in the mountains of Idaho.

Garden grown. Skin loving. Mountain made.

There’s something incredibly special about seeing my work through someone else’s eyes. 🌿

When one of the beautiful shops or farm stands that carries Hearth & Honeysuckle takes the time to photograph my products, create a video, or feature them on their page, it feels a little like seeing my work hanging in a gallery.

Because these aren’t just products to me. They’re my art.

I grew the flowers. I harvested the plants. I dreamed up the formulas, poured the candles, made the soap, designed the labels, photographed the process and built this little botanical world with my own two hands.

So when another small business chooses to showcase that work to their community, it means more than they probably realize.

It feels like a tiny piece of my portfolio being shared with the world.

To every shop, farm stand and small business that has given Hearth & Honeysuckle a little corner of your space—and a little space on your page—thank you. 🤍

Small businesses supporting small businesses is a beautiful thing.

Do you know why my Shampoo + Conditioner Bars are some of my best sellers? 🌿

Because beautiful hair doesn’t need a bottle full of water and unnecessary extras. These concentrated bars are made with thoughtfully chosen botanical ingredients that cleanse, condition and support healthier-feeling hair from scalp to ends—while creating a whole lot less waste. (Healthline)

🌱 Nettle — traditionally used in botanical hair care to support scalp health and leave hair looking strong and vibrant.
🌼 Calendula — soothing botanical care for a comfortable, healthy-feeling scalp.
🌿 Rosemary — antioxidant-rich and one of the better-studied botanicals for supporting the scalp and healthy hair growth.
🌾 Marshmallow Root — naturally rich in mucilage that helps soften, condition and improve slip for easier detangling.
💧 Aloe — hydrates and soothes dry-feeling hair and scalp.
✨ Plant oils + butters — replenish lipids, soften the hair fiber and help improve shine and manageability.

And there’s another reason to love going solid:

LESS PLASTIC. LESS WATER. LESS WASTE. MORE PLANTS. 🌎

Solid bars eliminate the need for another plastic shampoo or conditioner bottle, require far less water in the finished product, are concentrated and compact, and can be packaged with dramatically less material. (Healthline)

When you buy something from Hearth & Honeysuckle, you’re choosing more than handmade hair care. You’re supporting small-batch, plant-based products and a more earth-conscious way of doing beauty.

Good for your hair. Thoughtful toward the planet. Made by hand. 🌿

Currently available in Mountain Mint, Summer, Wild Bloom + the NEW Jasmine! 🤍

A little peek at my work out in the wild. 🌿

Every Hearth & Honeysuckle product starts with an idea and is created by my hands—from growing and gathering botanicals to formulating skincare, pouring candles, making soap, blending scent, designing labels and even making my own plantable paper.

I’ve always considered myself a maker, but more and more I realize I’m an artist. Plants, scent, color, texture and the mountains around me are simply my medium.

Seeing a local farm shop share my work like this means so much. These aren’t mass-produced products—they’re little pieces of something I’ve grown, imagined and created.

Made by hand. Made with plants. Made by an artist. 🌿
