The large demand for hair, make-up, wardrobe, film, and photography services in the industry is greater than what the current 16 agencies can provide. To attract the top talent, La LaBrea will advertise in industry publications, develop relationships with make-up/beauty, film and photography, and fashion schools to gain access to graduates, and recruit artists unhappy with their current representa
tion. Attracting the top freelance artists and keeping them happy through incentive programs and personal attention will be one of La LaBrea's top priorities. La LaBrea's rigorous standard of qualifications for the artists we represent will place a strong emphasis on professionalism, set etiquette, proper sanitary practices, and staying current on new styles in fashion, hair, make-up, film, and photography. La LaBrea plans to execute this through our own in-house fashion library and a series of classes/seminars some featuring guest speakers who understand what it takes to be successful in this very competitive arena.
