As always, Mondays are for Making Music 🎶 The fun begins on Monday, August 24th!

Registration is open to all1st through 6th Grade Students. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and material fees are non-refundable. Enrollment will not be considered complete until fee payment is received.

🎉 Happy New Year Music Makers!! 🎉

Next Monday, January 12th, 2026 we begin our JMA winter sessions. These classes are geared towards improving overall musicianship and will focus on singing, moving, playing, and for some, learning a new instrument!

1st & 2nd graders - Mondays with Mrs. J 🎶
4:30-5:15pm (4 spots left)

3rd-6th graders - Beginning Ukulele
5:15-6:00pm (5 spots left)

Mrs. J will be offering a musical enrichment opportunity for young music makers this winter. Students will sing and play with their peers while working on their aural listening skills and gaining exposure to two-part singing to prepare them for youth choir next fall. Sing! Sing! Sing!

It’s hard to believe we’ve wrapped up our 2025 fall semester. Our concert was last weekend and I’m still smiling about it! Thank you kids and families!

Special thanks to our friends at Lula Belle for designing this year’s JMA performance tees. My music makers looked sharp!!

And lastly, big thanks to our friends at St. Thomas Aquinas and Des Moines Metro Opera. Thank you for always being so welcoming to my youth choirs.

I’m feeling especially grateful during this season and wishing everyone a beautiful holiday!
