The Upsetters Band The Upsetters Band is a local group brought together by the original founder of the band, Billie Ball. We are eclectic and can perform anywhere!

Billie was an organizer with a vision and through this vision he was able to have a slew of singles including "Tighten Up Tighter", it's most popular.
