Meet our Marketing and Sales Manager - Nancy Dye!

Nancy has been working with Jump N Play Party Rentals since March 2021, but is no stranger to the family entertainment industry. She has a background in sports management, family entertainment, marketing and human resources. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration and Business and a minor in Marketing from Ball State University. As a former FEC General Manager with many years' experience in the family entertainment industry, she understands the need to deliver top quality products paired with excellent customer service. Nancy is passionate about building lasting relationships with our customers and ensuring every order is met with the highest professionalism while every detail is met. Her dedication to excellence and innovative thinking is one of the driving forces behind our brand's growth.

Meet our Operations Manager Channing Shrock!

Channing Shrock was born and raised in Indianapolis. He graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Business.. After graduation, Channing spent six years as a financial advisor in the mortgage industry. He is also a member of the Indiana National Guard. In 2022, he deployed overseas with the United States Army for operations in Kosova. He commanded a team of US and Polish Soldiers. Once arriving home, he joined the Jump N Play team in the Operations department.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling all over the United States and Europe exploring parks and hiking mountains. His most recent adventure includes the National Parks of Croatia. His favorite hikes have included the Grand Canyon, Denali National Park in Alaska, Mount St Helen in Washington, and Mount Blanc in France. He also has a passion for working with kids including nearly a decade combined with organizations such as the Jewish Community Center and Boys and Girls Club. He is excited to get to his roots with helping children fulfill a dream with Jump N Play Party Rentals.

Meet the owner - James Shrock!

James Shrock is a dynamic entrepreneur and the proud owner of Jump N Play Party Rentals, an Indianapolis-based company that specializes in providing exciting and unforgettable party experiences.

Born and raised in a small town in northern Indiana, James eventually made his way to Ball State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in history and stayed to continue graduate work. At the conclusion of college career James moved to Indianapolis where he developed a passion for business. Always seeking out opportunities to challenge himself, he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship with a vision to create something extraordinary.

Over the years James owned a mattress store, small real estate company, two hair salons and eventually ended up in the family entertainment industry with two indoor inflatable bounce house centers. James founded Jump N Play in 2010, driven by his desire to offer families and communities a unique and enjoyable way to celebrate special occasions. Unfortunately, covid proved to be too big of hurdle and James closed the stores. Due to his love of the entertainment industry, he quickly pivoted and started Jump N Play Party Rentals in 2020. Through his hard work and dedication, the company quickly became a prominent name in the party rental industry, earning a stellar reputation for their exceptional service and wide range of high-quality products.

Under James' leadership, Jump N Play Party Rentals has expanded its inventory to include a vast selection of bounce houses, water slides, interactive games, obstacle courses, and other exciting attractions. With a focus on safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction, James ensures that every event is met with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
