We are thrilled to get started with AN ELEGY FOR PETER THROUGH!

(It begins in the street with a funeral procession. Literally.)

When a group of campers and counselors find themselves trapped on the river after coming upon a dead body on their canoeing trip, determined lead counselor Billie commits to making this a teaching moment. To their elementary school campers who still don’t quite understand the concept of death, nothing could be the stranger. Taking place between a small boat and a funeral service, AN ELEGY FOR PETER THROUGH is a partially devised, deeply honest journey to the afterlife, enacted with both laughter and heartache, that explores what makes a person feel truly alone in the world.

AN ELEGY FOR PETER THROUGH will premiere at the IndyFringe Theater Festival in August 2017.

AN ELEGY FOR PETER THROUGH is based on a true story. A portion of the proceeds from this show will be donated to The Damien Center.
