A day focused on strategy, alignment and the future.

Today, the RJL Solutions executive team came together to assess where we are, challenge our thinking and identify opportunities for continued growth and impact.

The work we do for clients starts with being intentional about our own direction. Taking time to evaluate, adapt and plan strategically helps ensure we're positioned to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.

We were proud to play a supporting role alongside the Wabash Valley Community Foundation and the City of Terre Haute in securing a $6.5 million grant from the Lilly Endowment to help bring this transformational project to life. A successful YMCA is an important asset to a thriving community.

This investment represents much more than a single project; it is an important step forward in the broader vision for the Wabash River corridor and the long-term Riverscape strategy. We are excited to see this momentum continue as the river becomes an even greater asset for the community and region.

A special thank you to Beth Tevlin, Lori Danielson, and Terre Haute Mayor Brandon Sakbun for their leadership, partnership, and commitment to making this vision a reality. We are grateful to be part of a team that continues to turn big ideas into meaningful investments for the future of the community.

Tourism is a major driver of economic growth across Vigo County and the Wabash Valley.

Our VP of Marketing & PR, Kelly Walker, attended the 2026 Terre Haute Tourism Update, where the Terre Haute Convention & Visitors Bureau (See You In Terre Haute) shared the impact tourism is making across the region.

In 2025 alone, Vigo County saw $300.5 million in annual visitor spending supporting local jobs, hospitality businesses, tax revenue, and regional growth.

The Terre Haute CVB plays an important role in elevating the region’s visibility and attracting new opportunities, and we’re grateful to support their marketing and communications efforts.

Help us welcome our 2026 Summer Marketing Interns, Josephine and Lilly, to RJL Solutions!

Josephine recently graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Spanish & Hispanic Studies and minors in Graphic Design and Latin American & Latinx Studies. She’s a film fanatic, enjoys exploring philosophical ideas, and speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and French.

We’re also excited to welcome back Lilly for her second summer with RJL. Lilly is a senior at DePauw University majoring in Communications and continues to bring creativity and enthusiasm to our marketing team.

Both will be supporting RJL’s marketing department this summer, and we can’t wait to see all they accomplish. Welcome, Josephine and Lilly!

Congratulations to the Indianapolis Business Journal on this well-deserved recognition. Strong business journalism plays an important role in shaping informed conversations around growth, leadership, policy, and economic development across Indiana.

We appreciate the work the IBJ team does to highlight the people, organizations, and issues driving our state forward.

Indianapolis Business Journal was just recognized among the top independent business publications in the world.

At the Alliance of Area Business Publishers annual conference, IBJ was named the #2 large independently owned business newspaper across the U.S., Canada and Australia, alongside Crain’s Chicago Business and Crain’s New York Business.

This recognition reflects the strength of our newsroom and the impact of the work produced across IBJ Media every day. Our team was honored with multiple individual and editorial awards, including:

• Mason King earned a gold award for hosting the IBJ Podcast and a silver award for Eight@8; Chris Spangle also contributed to the award-winning podcast.
• Alex Brown, Daniel Lee and Marek Mazurek received a gold award for reporting on a nuclear company’s move to Indiana.
• Susan Orr was recognized with a gold award for technology reporting.
• Audrey Pelsor received a bronze award for design work on “The Year in Sports."
• Mickey Shuey earned a silver award for best scoop.
• Daniel Bradley received a silver award for best feature story.
• The IBJ editorial team was awarded silver for best editorial in the large publication category.

These honors highlight the depth of talent across our newsroom, design and digital teams and our shared commitment to delivering trusted, relevant coverage for Indiana’s business community.

The conversations happening around defense, national security, and regional readiness matter to Indiana’s future.

Yesterday’s release from the West Central Indiana Defense Network highlighted the measurable impact of the 181st Intelligence Wing across both Vigo County and the state, reinforcing why continued advocacy and collaboration around defense communities remains so important.

RJL Solutions CEO Rachel Leslie and Chief External Relations Officer Ryan Ritchie were proud to attend the ceremonial signing of House Enrolled Act 1268.

This legislation strengthens and streamlines communication between the Indiana Defense Task Force, the executive branch, and the legislature, helping ensure priorities are aligned and progress can continue collaboratively across Indiana’s growing defense industry.

Thank you to Representative Stephen Bartels and Senator Greg Goode for authoring and championing this legislation, Governor Mike Braun for his signature, and the many stakeholders who helped advocate for the bill’s passage.
