IDA’s diverse schedule serves students ages 9 months through adult, from the beginner to the pre-professional dancer.

IDA offers instruction for students as young as 9 months thru adult in styles such as Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz Technique, Lyrical, Mommy & Me, Musical Theatre, Tap, and More! Indy Dance Academy is committed to providing high quality and positive dance education to our youth dancers through curriculum-based classes several dance techniques and styles. IDA’s Pre-Dance classes, for young d

ancers ages 9 months to 7 years, introduce movement, coordination and beginning dance skills through curriculum- based classes. Grade based classes in multiple styles and dance techniques are offered for dancers in 1st-12th Grade. Indy Dance Academy also offers the pre-professional dance the opportunity to study techniques in multiple dance disciplines at an advanced level. Indy Dance Academy’s Youth Competition Company is an elite training program for dedicated dancers who are ready to perform at the highest level.
Dancers receive advanced technical instruction, professional choreography, and extensive performance opportunities while building discipline, confidence, and artistry.

This program emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and excellence—preparing young performers for regional and national competitions, community performances, and future professional pathways.
