Support SB306 – A Game-Changer for Indiana’s Film Industry!

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported and worked tirelessly for the growth of Indiana's film industry. Together, we’ve all accomplished so much—and we’re just getting started.

YES to SB306!

The Indiana Film and Media tax incentive, created in 2022, offers up to a 30% tax credit to offset production expenses like labor, acquisitions, and filming. Now, SB306 is making Indiana’s film tax credits transferable, and it’s crucial for our state's filmmakers and the industries connected to film production.

With the bill already passed in the Senate, it’s now time to get it heard in the House. If you know anyone on the Ways & Means Committee, please let them know this bill may seem small, but it’s a game-changer for Hoosier filmmakers across the state.
