Forgot to share this!

After almost an entire year, I finally finished painting and burning on the signatures from our wedding guest sign! It's sitting on my shelf with our other wedding keepsakes and I absolutely love it! I even burned on Mr. Scribbled-Out-Civil-War-Reenactor because it was hilarious to us, and my nephew's finger print signature. 😍

I love, love, love it!

Worked a little on the snail piece yesterday since I was alone for Easter.
I've got to work on my watercolor on paper skills. I've been doing it on wood for so long, I'm rusty.

Not like anyone's going to see this anyways. 😂

It's a watercolor day, and that makes all the difference, sometimes. A little splash here, a little over there.
What a heckin' handsome lad. 🐸

Maybe he can hop into a new home soon, once I get my Etsy store back up in running!

It's officially spring break in this house, so I'm utilizing my time to get more work done. Trying to balance home life, homeschooling, and art can be a little much for me at times; it's definitely nice to have breaks throughout my day to get back to doing pyrography. My time management is utter s**t, let's put it that way.

I finished up all of the line work for this piece and moving on to shading certain parts. Once I finish editing one hours worth of footage down to one minutes worth of a reel, I will get it posted asap!

The angle I was recording this new reel had me dying. I may be a 31 year old child but it's giving... "meap" with a tinge of "plz help". ✨️

Feels good to be back! I drew several animal/mushroom pages for me to eventually burn on paper. I let my daughter pick out which one to do first and she decided my first one was going to be this little froggie wiz. I have so much more to do, but it was a good one to ease back in to.

He's going to need a name when I'm all finished with him! Any suggestions?

Before...... & ✨️AFTER✨️

Always late for the train! But I'm here now and look, I did the thing, too! I tried my best to make everything seem like it belonged there already. Tried lol

Found 3 little pictures at the thrift store to transform with my family, and this was the one I picked out. Looking at it now, I might paint the white frame board and completely get rid of the smaller second green one because the smaller one blocks some pumpkin detail. Or maybe I won't, I don't know.

That being said, I'm sooooooooooo in love with this piece. 😍 I think this is one of my favorite things that I did, and all i did was add on to someone elses work. Lol
