Arts for Learning, an Indiana-based nonprofit dedicated to providing schools, community centers, libraries and parks with arts education, moved into a new building on 10th Street in November of 2025.

This creative class starts on Monday! If you have a high schooler (including incoming freshman) looking to make some art this summer, we have space for 2 more. Students work to create new pieces to exhibit at 16 tech on June 25 and at the Arts for Learning Open House on June 27!

Led by Vickie Daniels and Teaching Artist Theo Ball, this hands-on experience invites you to create a quilted book and design custom buttons inspired by rich cultural traditions.
