#1. YES we are open for July 4th, but we will be closing early (6PM) so our employees can go watch fireworks. 🫡🎆

#2. As mentioned before, you will start to notice a rotation of games as we send machines to our second location, Boss Battle Games Ottawa . So today we want to share a new machine on the floor, Missile Command! Not QUITE 4th of July related, but you know, if you squint REALLY hard, it kind of looks like fireworks. 🤣

Hey gamers.

As many of you have heard, Boss Battle Games is going international. We will be opening our second location in Ottawa next month. How will this effect you? We will be sharing some games between locations.

Starting this month, you may see some machines that have been planted in Indy a LONG time leave to make room for machines that have been in storage for literally years. YEARS! I know this may disappoint some people (don't cry over Vulgus leaving - we know you secretly loved it), but we promise we're bringing machines to replace them with even cooler ones.

To start off with, we've moved Virtual On ONTO the floor (ha, see what I did there?) . WTF is Virtual On? This 1995 Sega game is a fairly rare arcade cabinet to find as a twin setup. It's fast-paced mecha combat game where players pilot giant robots and battle opponents using unique twin-stick controls. If you like Gundam, you will like this game.

In the meantime, if there's some machines you want to see come back or something you would love to see disappear, let us know in the comments. Can't promise you anything, but we do read every comment and take it into consideration. Because we're a "free play" arcade, we have the unique advantage where we don't really care how popular a machine is because we don't rely on specific machines to "make money". (I hope this is obvious when you see Gain Ground on the floor. You SHOULD like it, but we know you don't.)
