The Dance Company provides dance training based on education and technique to students age 3 to adult. We do this in an age appropriate and fun environment with caring and professionally trained teachers.

✨Important Announcement to Our Friends and Followers ✨

This is a difficult message to share.

After many years of pouring our hearts into this studio, Evolution Dance Academy will be closing its doors on December 18, as we leave for holiday break.

Increasing costs of conducting business have made our studio unsustainable. This decision has been reached with great care, deep reflection, and so much love for our dancers and this community.

But as I share this news, I want to say something very clearly:

EDA was never just a place.
EDA is every dancer who found joy and confidence here.
Every teacher who poured into our kids.
Every alumni who still carries pieces of this studio in their heart.
Every family who trusted us.
Every memory made on every floor we’ve ever called home.

Those things are not closing.
They will always be a part of us—and part of you.

To ensure that our current dancers can continue to grow, thrive, and stay together, I have arranged for a seamless transition to Dance Connection, directed by the incredible Donna Hampton. Their values, training, and culture align beautifully with ours, and Miss Jillian and I will be joining their teaching staff. Our dancers will be welcomed with open arms, supported, and encouraged to continue their journey in a studio that is thriving and full of opportunity.

While closing this chapter is bittersweet, I am overwhelmingly grateful—for everyone who has been part of EDA and TDC story over the years. Alumni, former teachers, staff, volunteers, dance families, community members: you helped shape something truly special. You built a home for dancers, and that legacy will always matter.

Thank you for every class, every rehearsal, every recital, every hug, every moment.
Thank you for believing in this studio.
And thank you for being part of its heart.
