Kate Oberreich - Art + Illustration Painter. Sketchbook keeper. Ephemera collector. Kate Oberreich is an Indianapolis native and second-generation artist who refuses to define her style.

With a love of texture and symbolism, Kate mixes painting, drawing, collage and anything else that will “stick”. A Ball State University grad, Kate holds a BFA in painting and contemplates grad school every once in a while. Hi, friends,

Mark your calendar for September 4 for two reasons:

✨ It’s First Friday and Open Studio Night at the Harrison Center. Join us from 6-9pm and support your local arts community. Look at some art, buy some art, tell an artist that you like their stuff. In person.

✨ It will be the start of the weekend when I will be closing out of my Facebook business page.

I’ll still be sharing art and life on Instagram () so please join me over there to stay in touch virtually. But, nothing beats experiencing art in person, so I hope to see you out at an event, concert, festival, anything.

Hello, friends! It's been a while since last checking in here on Facebook. How are you?

After a lot of thought and back and forth, Facebook no longer feels like the right place for my artwork, I'll be closing out this page in the next month or so.
