Per the B.O.H , new standards for tattoos and piercings will be put into my acceptance for under 18. The child MUST have state or government issue id , accompanied with birth certificate. The parent MUST be present for any procedure, and both IDs and birth certificate are to be photocopied for our records... Thank you for your continued support and business!!!
