A HUGE thank you to the IU Health Epic division who helped clean up and beautify Holliday park this past Friday!

Volunteers helped with trail, shelter, and nature classroom cleanup, invasive removals, mulching, cleaning, and painting inside the nature center.

These beautification efforts are incredibly important to keep our parks a welcoming space for Indianapolis residents to enjoy 💚🌳

Windsor Village Park is here to support our community, especially as the holidays approach. Every Thursday from 1 to 3 p.m., our Food Pantry is open and giving out free food to neighbors who need it. If you plan to stop by, please bring proof of Marion County residency. We’re grateful to help make the season a little brighter for families across Indianapolis.

Last night, the City-County Council passed the 2027 City Budget including the Indy Parks budget. Earlier this fall, Director Crone gave the following update about what to expect next year, including pay raises for parks professionals, additional maintenance and capital funds, and the first park building in Decatur Township.

Indy Parks is hiring, and we’d love to welcome new faces to our team. Every day, our staff helps keep our parks beautiful, our programs running, and our community connected. 🌳

We have a wide range of openings across the city, and each one plays a role in making our parks feel like home for everyone. If you’re looking for a job where you can grow, make a difference, and work with people who care about Indianapolis, we’d be excited to see your application.
