Just finished this special beauty. I was commissioned to take an old window frame with hinged windows that had been removed from an old home and make a wine/liquor cabinet using the frame and the windows as the front doors. Sure! Well, here it is. I love preserving special memories by creating functional art from items that have sentimental attachments! Take a look at the progression. Stripping paint layers, reglazing the windows, staining, new paint, cabinet box construction, pipe leg base and final piece. It now resides in a new home in Georgia but will always remind the owners of their previous bungalow in Indianapolis.
