New mural alert! 🖌️
is dedicated to creating green, healthy, and resilient neighborhood environments, addressing issues of poverty and racial discrimination. This mural project aimed to prominently feature the Groundwork logo and surround it with imagery reflecting the space’s spirit of hope, creativity, hard work, education, and purpose. 💚
Our objectives included providing learning opportunities and hands-on mentoring, ensuring timely project completion, and creating job opportunities for artists and skilled workers. Despite challenges of a tight timeline and the need for an energetic color palette, the mural was successfully completed in 96 hours! ✅
