Position 1: Ticket & Wristband Sales ClerkOverview: Serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing entry admissions and verifying credentials at the gate.
Key Responsibilities:
Process ticket sales and distribute entry wristbands efficiently.Deliver exceptional, welcoming customer service to all fans and competitors.Accurately handle cash and digital point-of-sale transactions.
Position 2: Concessions Associate (Cashiers & Support Staff)
Overview: Maximizes guest satisfaction by providing efficient, high-quality food and beverage service in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Provide welcoming, professional customer service at ordering counters.
Accurately manage cash and digital point-of-sale transactions.
Maintain stamina to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill orders quickly and accurately.
