stepped up and dragged me deep into its story within the first chapter. Every chapter that follows has been better than the last. I adore the banter between Ellie and .. well everyone if I'm honest, this girl has as much of a filter as I do between her mouth and her face. Bates is adorably in love with her from the moment he meets her And not just because she's getting ready to take a bath! 🤭

I haven't finished it but I'm excited for the rest of the series!!

It's been over 20 years of reading fantasy books, and I have finally read a Terry Pratchett book (not counting Good Omens because it's co-authored). Guards! Guards! is funny and fast-paced. It's irreverent and witty and doesn't take itself too seriously and is everything I want in a palate cleanser. I can't wait to read the rest of Discworld.

Fantasy romance? Check. Grumpy/sunshine? Check. ONLY ONE BED LEFT??? CHECK! Tusk Love was absolutely amazing. I don't have the space to put my whole review in the description but just epically beautiful and funny and sexy. Thea Guanzon did an amazing job with the writing. Teddy Hamilton and Brittany Presley were the best choices for non-CR narrators. I absolutely loved this.
