What a day for Clayton & Kristen! 🧡💛💙

Their color palette was every bit as colorful and lovely as these two, with beautiful touches of peaches, yellows, blues, and so much personality throughout the day.

We were hoping Mother Nature would cooperate for an outdoor ceremony, but with rain dancing all around us, we made the call to pivot inside. And because Murphy’s Law is alive and well… of course it never actually rained on us. 😂 Thankfully, Clayton & Kristen rolled with it like absolute champs and never let it take away from what mattered most... getting married surrounded by a room full of people who love them.

From there, it was time to PARTY! Our large checkered dance floor stayed busy as we danced the night away with such a fun crowd. They even had a custom Pacers jersey made with their new last name for guests to sign, such a perfect personal and Indy touch! 🏀

These two are so clearly head over heels for one another, and we couldn’t be happier for them. Such a great couple, such a great crowd, and such a fun day from beginning to end.

Congratulations again, Clayton & Kristen! 🥂❤️

Just a little bit of paint should do....

Kidding! Here is a glimpse of when we started transforming the ceremony and getting ready suites!

We wanted to keep as much of the history as possible but the fronts of these buildings were literally falling off. So we helped them the rest of the way down and added the all black brick facade along with the roll up garage doors!

There are still pieces of the last hidden within and most noticeable is the giant Wrigleys billboard that originates to the early 30s!! There are also hidden elements on the beams that show the old automotive shop roots as well.

The giant garage doors also allow couples to get a "hybrid" feel as you can have a roof over your head but open the garage doors to let the fresh air on in!

Inside or outside the price is the same as we don't nickel and dime our couples. Schedule your tour and see how we spread love the Ivory Foundry way!

What an amazing day with Zahria and Connor as we celebrated their marriage on Sunday!

We had upgraded florals and decor to have an amazing luxury and classy vibe throughout. Beth had amazing florals from Ikebana style centerpieces and bud vases with beautiful Cala Lillys, Dahlias and more!

There was also a new custom seating chart created for this wedding as well! This wraps all 4 sides and was a fun way to have guests find their seat while enjoying cocktail hour. The massive checkered dancefloor and draping on the poles worked beautifully with this black, white and pink wedding. Even all their guests work a form of pink!

Truly congrats to these two on their new chapter!

Just a glimpse of the fun we had during this Labor Day weekend!

We kicked off the weekend with Andrea and Kolby! Their color palette was full of color and their day was full of love. And even snow cones! More to come!

As we flipped on Sunday to celebrate with Zahria and Connor. Their design was a classy black and white along with touches of pinks throughout. Even their guest all had touches of pink that they wore! We created a new seating chart for this one as well and had nothing but good times!

Both also featured different Ikebana style florals for each from Beth Waterman !

Congrats to our couple this weekend and in August! We were busy as can be but will be back on our routine social media train!

It's Friday, and we're gearing up for another beautiful wedding tomorrow!

One of our most favorite moments during a wedding day is the grand entrance into reception! You truly get to experience all of the love the guests have for the happy couple!

Owners, Beth and Rich, were career wedding photographers before owning Ivory Foundry and have built the space to accommodate ALL your wedding day needs.

From the getting ready suites to our outdoor spaces, you will find our property (including three buildings and two outdoor areas) filled with beautiful lighting and nooks perfect for all you wedding photos!

If you really are looking for a change of scenery, our property is less than ten minutes from both Garfield Park and the Indiana Government Center-- perfect for maximizing all your photos visions!

Some weddings are unforgettable... and then there are weddings like Betsy & Tyler's.

You could say they took us by storm—and Mother Nature decided to join in. 🌪️

Right in the middle of cocktail hour, a tornado warning rolled across the south side of Indianapolis. Guests found shelter, conversations continued, laughter never really stopped, and everyone patiently waited for the skies to cooperate.

Then, just as quickly as it arrived, the storm passed... and the celebration picked up right where it left off. The dance floor filled, glasses were raised, and the rest of the evening was exactly what it was meant to be—a celebration of two people who are absolutely head over heels for one another.

Betsy & Tyler chose our Venue Rental package, creating a day that was uniquely theirs with thoughtful DIY details and an incredible team of vendors they handpicked. It was a beautiful reminder that while you can't control the weather, you can choose joy, roll with the unexpected, and make memories that last a lifetime.

Congratulations again, Betsy & Tyler! Thank you for letting us be part of such an unforgettable day.

Can we quit with the wedding industry hatred?

I promise you all we are not here becoming millionaires. We are small business that work hard and long hours to bring your best day together.

It is sad when we see the hate on small business yet those same people will go to a large retailer and buy luxury items without blinking an eye.

A wedding is a choice and a luxury. There are vendors for all price ranges. Dont hate just because they may be out of your budget. Find the vendors that work for you or save the money and go elope and take a vacation. Its all a choice but let's choose to quit hating on the industry bringing love stories together!
