SAT 8/29/26 the seventh annual DEAD FORMATS VHS & Underground Film Convention in Indianapolis.

The 2026 Guest of Honor needs no introduction—filmmaker, writer and publisher Donald Farmer —living legend of not only shot-on-video but the horror genre as a whole. Donald also wrote extensively for various publications and fanzines; and published the highly sought-after SPLATTER TIMES.

Guest filmmaker Kasper Meltedhair will also be joining DF7 . Her SOV masterpiece BUSTED BABIES turned the world upside down in 2024. In 2025 she cowrote Vick & Tarstar’s Scarecrow Factory with Brewce Longo of Blood Sick Productions.

For the first time ever, DF will feature a local legend—filmmaker Tom Barker (DEADLY DISCOVERY). Come meet the man whose film (shot in Shelbyville, IN) has recently set VHS collecting communities on fire.

Convention will held be at Holy Ground Hall (3317 E. 10th St Indianapolis 46201). Inquiries about vending will not be answered at this time—please check back in the following weeks for info on table openings.

Been some time since I posted anything on this page! Just a heads up. Draculina website is back up! It has been down for a couple months due to issues with the previous company I was using (still battling them over money). The new site is up... mostly. All the Draculina's are now up along with the movies and some of the other magazines. Will have everything up in the next week. Double checking supplies and making sure things are accurate before putting them back on line.

A lot of magazines are selling out so be sure to get what you want now before they are no longer available.

Offering up a small 3x4 inch sticker of the promo I designed for last years Dead Formats convention. It is the first art I have done in years and I was pretty happy with the results (made a great t-shirt). I have a very limited supply of these stickers left that you will not find anywhere else. Indianapolis—I will be selling stuff this Saturday 9/27 at this HIGHLY Dead Formats-adjacent event! Everyone in our city who loves media of ANY kind needs to follow and check out this FREE event! at Black Circle (12-6pm)

I am donating 100% of EVERY SALE made on Dead Formats merch this Saturday to Craig Hospital in memory of Tucker Cassidy, who we tragically lost this week. I will also have a donation jar at my table for anyone who would like to contribute.

The event itself is accepting donations of books, gently used clothing, and non-perishable foods. The world is s**t right now…we gotta do what we can for each other to pick up the slack.

Additionally, I just moved and will have TONS of vintage books, tapes, records, comics and oddball ephemera from my own collection for sale at my table. See you there!
