IM 70.3 Indian Wells. What a day…a new personal best with 5:53…but an absolutely disappointing half marathon.
Back to the drawing board…time to figure out my nutrition 🤣

IM 70.3 Indian Wells. What a day!!
Finished in 5hr 53min!
Honestly not the result I was looking for but nonetheless a personal best!

Completed my first Olympic distance triathlon last weekend.
Super fun to take part in a smaller local triathlon 👍🏻 totally different experience.
Lots of ups and downs and definitely learnt a lot 👀 lots of improvements to make for the next race in December
