It's a little warm out today, no need to get out to registration before 6:30pm. I will give everyone time to do what they need to do before I start the run. Don't forget you're headlamps and hydration devices.

Course is going to be perfect with the rain we just received. Volunteers are needed to help out this weekend. There is only three of us that run this whole event. I always take care of anybody who volunteers. The more runners we get the more I provide for this race. We don't do this for money. On side note if you want to volunteer you can get some miles in before or after the race.
