Empire Mercenary Company is launching its first 16-week pilot group — blending structured fitness, accountability, and Dungeons & Dragons into one immersive experience.

You’ll:
• Track your workouts and meals in a custom journal
• Complete weekly “quests” tied to real fitness goals
• Level up your character through consistency
• Play in a weekly Saturday D&D session where your effort matters

This is about building discipline, community, and momentum — not just lifting weights.
