I am leading a Sunset Sound Bath Experience after Restorative Yoga Bliss Saturday evening at the Discovery Yoga Fest.
As the sun sets, enjoy a journey led by the different colors of sound to bring a sense of balance, closure, and rest to your evening. Relax under colorful skies serenaded by the tones of various instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, Native American flutes, chimes, and more. Feel free to bring additional blankets and pillows and wear comfortable clothing. There will be an opportunity to integrate and share your experience afterwards.

Shake off the snow and warm up and relax at the Sunday Soundbath this weekend! Each monthly Sunday soundbath is a little bit different and this one is going to include my theta binaural sound bowls in the line up. Theta brain waves are associated with the deepest forms of relaxation and meditation. As this is the season of grounding, this sound experience will center around the root chakra. Also, if you have never come before, as usual I will be providing another delicious herbal tea ( lavender, lemon, & chamomile blend to continue to set the stage for grounding and relaxation). Let go of stress, have fun, and enjoy our meditative frame drum circle tomorrow at 1 pm at Yoga Wellness Connection ! You don't have to have a frame drum and you don't need to know how to drum! We have everything taken care of for you. You can just show up. Our last frame drum circle was an incredible experience and everyone had such a good time!
