In the midst of frenzied work on my A to Z dog project, I fit in this sweet commission. Isn't this dog just adorable!? They requested periwinkle and orchids and left the details to me. It was a fun painting.

Here's another painting for my ArtPrize Animal Alphabet project.
This amazing pup is a very loved foster fail (meaning she kept him) that belongs to my friend Angela Peters. His name is Xander. And he enjoys searching for hidden hot dog treats as part of his training.
I am still looking for help with my project. I would truly appreciate. Clear photos of your dog(s) with details of breed and also what their favorite things are. You can email me photos at brandygerber[at]hotmail[dot]com, or message me for more info. If I use your dog I will reference you with credit as the photographer in my book and anywhere I display the collection. There is no requirement to purchase anything from me, but the paintings will be available to do that if you'd like. There is also no guarantee that I will use the photos you sent. It will all be dependant on which letters of the alphabet I still need to paint. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I do hope you'll be able to help me out!

Here's another painting for my ArtPrize Animal Alphabet project.
I met this special pup at the local park. I believe her name is Rowena. She enjoys her walks, and getting attention from fellow walkers. (I'm hoping her mom sees this and chimes in with some feedback for this painting)
